Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., due to a defect or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s not there, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
